Chongqing chunrui Pharmaceutical Chemical Co., Ltd. is a holding subsidiary of Chongqing Sansheng Industrial Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 002742). Its predecessor is Chongqing LUOQI chemical plant. It was founded in 1979 and restructured into a private joint-stock enterprise in May 2003. Now, it has a registered capital of 90 million yuan. It is a fine chemical pharmaceutical intermediate enterprise integrating research, development, production and sales, which is the characteristic of Sansheng Pharmaceutical raw materials and innovative products research and development, manufacturing base.

The headquarters and old factory area of the company are located in LUOQI town on the North Bank of the Yangtze River in Yubei District, Chongqing City, close to Chongqing bonded port area, national Liangjiang New Area and Changshou chemical industry park. With the development of the company, Sichuan wusheng chunrui Pharmaceutical Chemical Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary in Guang'an City, Sichuan Province, has been established, and Shandong Shouguang zenrui Chemical Co., Ltd. has been wholly acquired in Shouguang City, Shandong Province. In 2017, the company merged into the listed company and became the holding subsidiary of Chongqing Sansheng Industrial Co., Ltd.

At present, the company has Chongqing LUOQI, Sichuan wusheng, Shandong Shouguang three production bases, covering an area of 140000 square meters, more than 20 kinds of products, annual output value of nearly 700 million yuan. The company has more than 700 employees, and has introduced many senior personnel such as doctors and masters in the industry. It has a number of invention patents and utility model patents.
