JA waste gas mainly contains methanol, toluene and non-methane total hydrocarbons. D004-D waste gas is mainly non-methane total hydrocarbons. After being collected, the existing 2# waste gas treatment facility adopts "PEG-400+sodium carbonate aqueous solution spray + paraffin oil extraction". After treatment, it is discharged by an 18m exhaust cylinder; BG-3 exhaust gas mainly contains methanol, toluene, non-methane total hydrocarbons and a small amount of sulfur dioxide and hydrochloric acid mist. After being collected, the existing 1# exhaust gas treatment facility adopts "PEG-400+ sodium carbonate aqueous solution" After spraying + paraffin oil extraction, it is discharged from a 15m exhaust tube. After the exhaust gas is treated, the concentration of sulfur dioxide, hydrochloric acid mist, methanol, toluene and non-methane total hydrocarbons can meet the corresponding standards of the Chongqing Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants (DB50/418-2016), which has little impact on the local atmospheric environment .

  Project wastewater is mainly JA centrifugal wastewater, BG-3 condensation wastewater, washing wastewater, absorption wastewater, centrifugal wastewater, D004-D extraction wastewater, washing wastewater, and floor washing wastewater, water ring vacuum wastewater, laboratory wastewater and exhaust gas alkaline washing Wastewater, the main pollutants produced are COD, ammonia nitrogen, SS, nitrobenzenes, anilines, dichloromethane, etc. The wastewater is discharged into the sewage treatment station and treated by the "iron-carbon micro electrolysis + hydrolysis acidification, anaerobic" treatment process Afterwards, it can meet the corresponding limits of the "Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for the Chemical Synthesis Pharmaceutical Industry" (GB21904-2008). After the technical transformation, the amount of wastewater and pollutant discharge of the whole plant has been reduced, which is conducive to the improvement of the surface water environment.
  3. Groundwater
  All production equipment areas, tank farms, accident tanks, wastewater collection tanks, etc. adopt anti-seepage and anti-corrosion measures. Sewage pipes and material conveying pipes adopt "visual" design, and cofferdams and fire dikes adopt anti-seepage and anti-corrosion treatments. Under normal circumstances, the impact on the groundwater environment is small.

  The noise of the project mainly comes from the operation noise of production equipment, which is concentrated in the production workshop. The noise source intensity of each equipment is generally small. By rationally arranging the noise source and adopting measures such as equipment shock absorption, sound insulation of the factory building, and greening of the plant week for high-noise equipment, the impact of workshop noise on the acoustic environment can be effectively reduced, and the project plant boundary can reach The "Environmental Noise Emission Standards at the Boundary of Industrial Enterprises" (GB12348-2008) requires category 2 standards, which have less impact on the acoustic environment.
  5. Solid waste
  Project JA device has sodium sulfate solid residue, waste palladium carbon catalyst, BG-3 device has methanol distillation residue, D004-D device has acetonitrile distillation residue, as well as sewage treatment station sludge, waste solvents from waste gas treatment facilities, waste gloves, cotton yarn, etc. , All belong to hazardous waste, the waste palladium-carbon catalyst is sent to the manufacturer for treatment and then recycled, and other wastes are sent to qualified units for unified disposal and not discharged. No new employees or household wastes will be added to the technological transformation project.
